Bollywood is into plastic surgery, just as many of their counterparts in Hollywood have been.
What’s remarkably different about the Indian movie community is that they are quite open about cosmetic procedures.

Why are they being so honest to their fans?
Plastic surgery has become better accepted all over the world. It is no longer shunned as being out of the main stream.
Also, plastic surgeons and cosmetic surgeons are not only some of the most creative doctors as they invent new procedures, but they have managed to keep costs down.
Perhaps the Obama administration should include some plastic surgeons on their health care panels.
