Hopefully this’ll help inspire anyone who is on a diet at the moment, and will show everyone that surgery isnt the only option to lose loads of weight really quickly…

I took a photo of myself every single day during my 3 month diet where I lost an incredible 4 stone, then my brother (who is an animator) put them all together and made this film, it’s amazing to watch!
