A New York plastic surgery company has agreed to pay  a $300,000  fine for posting fake testimonials online.

The testimonials were really written by employees and not by satisfied patients.

False, or fake reviews is a big probem and patients need to be aware that it is going on.

Do your due diligence and get your information from many different sources.  Make sure your plastic surgeon is board certified.
