Will cosmetic procedures such as botox be taxed?
Taxing such procedures is now being considered for Obama’s new health plan and it is now very popular with doctors or patients.
Also on the list are rhinoplasty, breast enlargements, tummy tucks, and liposuction.
Should these procedures be taxed?
