4 Ways to Manage Your Weight Loss Post Lap band Surgery

Since you have completed Adjustable Gastric Lap-Band Surgery you need to manage weight loss the best way you can. By incorporating a few important features into your eating habits, you can achieve your desired weight and maintain that weight as long as you believe you can.
Immediately Following the Surgery

One. For about a week following the surgery you will be on a liquid diet of clear juice, gelatin and broth.
Two. The next couple of weeks you will only have pureed food and protein based shakes. This will give your system time to adjust to the change and it eliminates the potential of band slippage that could cause additional surgery.
