You should allow your doctor to research you and your medical history so that he can determine if you can safely tolerate the procedure.
It should really be up to him if you are a good candidate for your plastic or cosmetic surgery, no matter how badly you may want the surgery.
This is especially true for patients who are seeking plastic surgery abroad. There have been too many cases of patients who have taken unnecessary risks in order to look beautiful. Some of them have paid for this error of judgment with their lives.
