1.If you want to lose fat and gain muscles there is nothing to worry – enjoying tasty foods are a wonderful part of life. Just be sure that there is no additional calorie.
2. Have snacks of almonds because almonds help in weight loss, help to control cholesterol, and contain healthy fats, fiber and protein.
3. Replaced soda with Green Tea and water because they also help in weight loss and have nutrients.
4. Make the effort to go out and get good products that are helpful to your body.
5. Sugar is hidden in almost every commercial food item and simple sugar digested very quickly and causes a rapid spike in blood sugar.
Your body then releases large amounts of insulin and insulin quickly clears the glucose from the bloodstream leading to low blood sugar and Low blood sugar causes cravings, hunger, weakness, mood swings and decreased energy. So it’s better to take less sugar.
