Dr. Lam of Dallas, Texas performs a chin implant and neck lipocontouring on a male patient with before and after pictures.

The neck was sculpted to make it more flat and the patient reported minimal throbbing of the chin but some sensation of feeling the implant for a few weeks after the plastic surgery procedure.
