Is cosmetic surgery tourism a good idea?

Dr. Sylvia Angerer sounds a clear warning about the new trend of  getting cheap plastic surgery abroad.

Dr. Angerer points out one of the biggest problems is after care, or the lack of it.

She also recommends patients investigate the care team.  Patients needs to know they will be able to get help should complications arise.

Dr. Angerer also believes cheap plastic surgery  can cost big bucks  in the end because you get what you pay for.
